Our client is a municipally owned acute hospital with around 500 beds in central Germany. For its department of child and adolescent psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics we are looking for a senior consultant who will later take over as head physician.
The role. Initially consultant leadership responsibility, later taking over the head physician role; leadership of the medical and therapeutic team; steering organisational and staffing processes; developing patient and referrer structures.
Your profile. Specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy; several years of experience in a consultant role; experience leading medical teams; a clear and integrative leadership style.
