Clarity from the outset. You should be able to plan your costs precisely.

Fees. Fixed, based on the level and the position.
Expenses. Charged at a flat rate corresponding to the average effort.
Travel costs. Domestic consultant travel charged as a flat amount.
Goodwill. A fee-free resumption of the search – between six and twenty-four months depending on level and position – should a separation occur against expectations.
