Our client is a private healthcare provider with a regional network of hospitals, care homes and home-care services. For its home-care service in the capital of Brandenburg we are looking for a deputy nursing director.
The role. Deputising for the nursing director in clinical and organisational matters; care visits and duty rosters; conversations with clients and relatives; staff management and quality of care.
Your profile. Registered nurse (geriatric, general or paediatric nursing); at least two years of professional experience, part of it in home care; initial leadership experience.
